Job Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all civil engineering projects (earthworks, drainage, roads and bridges, industrial buildings, low-level buildings) carried out at Adaro Group to ensure the implementation of every civil engineering project in accordance with the plans and provisions in force at Adaro group.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Min 15 years total experience with min 5 years as Manager, preferably as Civil Engineering & Bridge Department Head
- Strong experiences in Road Design, Bridge Design, Construction Project, and Project Management
- Advance competences in Civil Engineering Design, Construction Methods, Project Management, and Contract Management
- Strong competencies in Project Planning & Controlling and Project Cost Estimation
- Good communication and leadership skill

Job Responsibilities
Direct leading and managing Engineering and Construction Division in order to achieve Adaro’s goals and objectives.- Plan and execute projects to ensure within timeline, quality, and budget.
- Direct all operational activities in Engineering and Construction Division to ensure all activities comply and exceed corporate HSE goals.
- Develop and build competencies (Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management in Engineering and Construction Division to support infrastructures projects in Adaro Group.
- Develop standards, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for Engineering and Construction Division.
- Develop project management system to ensure every project executed by Engineering and Construction Division will give maximum impact to project’s owner.
- Build collaboration with all fellow colleagues in order to meet overall corporate objectives.
- Identify and develop successor to ensure the organization can operate effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Have certification on Construction or Project Management
- Total 20 years experience with at least 3 years as General Manager / Division Head
- Having advance experiences and competencies in Project Management, Construction Management, Road & Bridge Engineering, and Contract Admin
- Strong competencies in Engineering, Financial Planning & Budget Analyst, Legal Compliance, and HSE Compliance
- Good communication and leadership skill
